What is Key Home Rewards? Key Home Rewards allows home Buyers and Sellers to earn rewards when they buy or sell a home.
Can I Use My Existing Agent? If your existing agent has been screened and approved by Key Home Rewards, than yes! If you have an exclusive agreement with an agent in your area that hasn't been screened and agreed to the Key Home Rewards agreement, then you would not qualify for rewards. All agents invited to use Key Home Rewards will be interviewed to determine eligability.
How Does Key Home Rewards Work? In just a few steps you can be on your way to earning rewards for buying or selling a home. 1. Sign-Up with us to connect with Designated real estate agent. 2. Work with your designated agent to Buy and/or Sell a home 3. Once you close on your home we will calculate your rewards points based on the sales, or purchase price. 3. Collect your home rewards and enjoy the perks! Each point is equal to real cash, with no limitations on how much you can earn!
Do I Have To Use A Key Home Rewards Agent To Earn Points? Yes, all Buyers and Sellers must use a dedicated Key Home Rewards Agent.
How Much Will I Earn? There is no limit to how many Home Reward points you can earn based on your Sell or Purchase. Up to 1 point is issued for each dollar spent for the price of the home. Examples: -$250,000 Home = 250,000 Points -$500,000 Home = 500,000 Points -$1,000,000 Home = 1,000,000 Points To see exactly what that equates to in cash times the number of points by .005. Example: 500,000 pts = $2500.00
Where Can I Use My Points? Utilize our concierge service to assist you in redeaming your points with partnered gift cards, direct deposit or charities.
What is a Designated Agent? Our background is Real Estate and want to ensure you are represented in a transaction. Therefore we look for the best agents in your area. Designated agents work with Key Home Rewards to provide top-tier service to Buyers and Sellers
How Soon Will I Earn My Points? Points are typically earned within 14 days of home closing, and eligable to be used within 30 days.
